Reservation Fee

Your reservation fee also serves as your consultation fee. Once payment is received, your agreed appointment time will be exclusively reserved and blocked for you.

Please note: The reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation or rebooking.

Please avoid duplicate transactions. PayPal payments cannot be cancelled once successfully processed.  In the event of a duplicate payment, a refund may be issued; however, applicable PayPal processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Your reservation fee secures your scheduled procedure and is fully deductible from the total procedure cost. Once payment is confirmed, the agreed procedure date and time will be exclusively reserved for you.

Please note: The reservation fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as securing your operating room slot involves advance coordination with the hospital and scheduling of the entire operating room team, including the surgeon, surgical assistants, and anesthesiologist.
